The Challenge

We talked to First Bank’s Creative Director, Tim Randazzo, about how the bank uses its 60 Displai devices across its branches to connect with customers, save time on internal processes, and support small businesses.

The Solution

“Displai screens are a way for us to engage with our clients,” says Randazzo, Creative Director of First Bank, discussing the bank’s primary use for their in-branch signage. “We can promote marketing material, keep them informed, and capture their attention with news, sports, and weather. But really, it’s a way to promote new products and inform them of promotions we’ve got going on.” The bank currently uses Displai devices in 60 locations, but Randazzo says they plan to expand their signage to all their 80+ branches. Banks like First Bank love Displai because it allows them to boost the visibility of products like IRAs, credit cards, and more.
